Now possible to book transportation to Campus/St Albans, Parliament and Hatfield House: In addition to the 3 main events taking place at the Watford Hilton (the Sunday afternoon mingle, the Sunday evening Welcome dinner, and the Wednesday Gala dinner & dance), it is now possible to purchase tickets for transportation (coach) from the Watford Hilton to the various optional excursions that are taking place during your reunion. So you can now book your spot on the coach from the Watford Hilton to Parliament, to the Campus (which then continues on to St Albans afterwards), and to Hatfield House. Part of the fun of our reunion is having these opportunities to enjoy these things together. If you want to take the bus just one way, and then make your way back a different time by public transport, there is no problem doing that. Also, it is now possible to register for the Campus tour and Pub night!!! Here are the exciting details about the Campus Tour and Pub night, which both take place on the Monday of your reunion:
Campus tour: Arrangements have been made with the current owners for us all to tour the grounds of the campus during certain hours on Monday morning of our reunion! If you would like to have admittance to this, please make sure you “register” on the Registration page (no cost!). If you need Transportation from the Hotel to the Campus, that can now be booked too, on the Registration page. PLEASE NOTE: Even if you are not coming by the organized coach but arriving independently by your own car, you MUST still register for this tour. Also, please note, we will be arranging to have a group reunion photo in front of Mem Hall at 10 am!! Yay!!!
Meal & Sing-a-long led by Ross Jutsum at Pub on Monday night: Many of you indicated that you would love to go to a pub on the Monday night, so we have booked the Toby Carvery, right next door to the Watford Hilton! We are thrilled that Dr. Ross Jutsum is planning to lead us in a sing-a-long right there in the pub!! Cost for the meal (buffet Carvery) is just £5.99 with desserts/drinks extra. You don’t need to pay till that evening, but we DO need you to indicate if you are coming so we can give the restaurant a fairly accurate idea of the numbers to expect. So you can do that on the Registration page of the website as well.
IMPORTANT NOTE RE REGISTERING: While you are on the Registration page registering, please make sure you also choose the No Cost Registration Information ticket as we need that filled out from everyone. And also, when you receive your confirmation email with your tickets, please make sure to click on all the links and fill out your names for each ticket – THANK YOU!!!

In Remembrance: While at the reunion, we wish to recognize our dear and departed former Bricket Wood classmates, coworkers, faculty, family and friends. Because of the breadth of years being represented at the reunion, we will need help from everyone to submit information to properly honour the deceased. To include a profile in memory of your loved one(s), please:

Donations: In order to have all our (living) fellow Bricketwood-ites at our BW Reunion in 2014, we invite you to make a donation to help those who otherwise would not be able to attend.
